How to open your shop

  1. Get the LBS app

    Download it and make your account with your email.

  2. Open your shop

    Add your shop name, your Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat, and your area.

  3. Get verified

    In the app, show your ID and do a quick face check with Didit, our ID check partner. Then add your business license.

  4. Add your dresses

    Photos, sizes and prices. Your shop goes live once LBS approves it.

  5. Get paid to your bank

    Add your IBAN. You are paid when the buyer confirms, or 2 days after your delivery photo.

What it costs

Buyers pay a 5% service fee on top, so your price stays yours.

To open a shop you need

  • Your mobile number
  • ID: Civil ID, passport or driving license
  • A quick face scan
  • Your business license
  • Your bank IBAN

How do I open a shop on LBS?
Go to Profile and tap Open your shop. LBS checks it before it goes live.
Why do you need my license?
Kuwait's Digital Commerce Law asks every online seller, Instagram shops included, to be registered with the Ministry of Commerce and to hold a commercial or home business license.
What does it cost to sell?
Your first 30 days are free. After that LBS keeps a share of each sale based on your rank (from 30% for Rookie down to 15% for Mythic). You see every fee in your seller dashboard.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer confirms the dress arrived, or 2 days after you upload the delivery photo. The money goes to your IBAN through our payment partner.
Why do I need a delivery photo?
It's your proof the buyer got the dress. Without it, the money can't be released automatically.
What are seller ranks?
Your rank is set on the 1st of each month from last month's delivered sales. Higher ranks pay a lower share, earn more from shops they invite, and get extras like Top shops and the Home cover.
How does inviting shops work?
Share your invite code from Profile → Invite shops. When a new shop joins with it and gets approved, you earn a small share of its sales for a few months, paid by LBS (the new shop keeps its full price).
Can I set an automatic reply?
Yes: Settings → Auto-reply. Write the message buyers get right away when they order or send you a message.
